Exponential Organisations podcast episode 57 - Alex Kantrowitz - "author of Always Day One"

Alex Kantrowitz is a journalist with a sales and marketing background. He started his career buying digital ads for New York City's Economic Development Corporation and selling ad-tech software.

Since then, he has interviewed some of the world's top CEOs, including Larry Ellison, Mark Zuckerberg, Richard Branson, and Jack Dorsey.

Alex is the writer of the “Always Day One: How the Tech Titans Stay on Top”. At Amazon, 'Day One' is code for inventing like a startup with little regard for legacy. Day Two is, in Jeff Bezos's own words, is 'stasis, followed by irrelevance, followed by excruciating, painful decline, followed by death.'

Always Day One can be found on Amazon here and you can read his thoughts on his Big Technology Substack site here.
